How to make crispy radish strips

The method of making crispy radish strips is not as complicated as everyone thinks. Prepare the tableware and seasonings first. Then start following the steps and remember to control the heat well.

1. Wash the three kinds of radish, scrape off a thin layer of skin, and cut off a piece from each end.

2.12 Cut into strips, peel and soak separately or without peeling

3.21 Add a thin layer of salt, mix well and marinate for more than 1 hour, stirring once or twice in the middle

4.1 Add dried chili and fry until fragrant

5.2 Put the peppercorns into the cold pot and fry slowly over low heat until fragrant

6. Serve and let cool

7. Don’t discard the pickled water.

8. Put a little salt, sugar, cooled peppercorns and chili peppers in a sealed glass box, and add appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar.

9. Add the dehydrated radish strips, mix well and serve.

10. It tastes better if you seal it and refrigerate it for more than 24 hours. Turn it over once or twice in the middle for a more even marinating. The picture below shows another time I pickled radish skins. They are very refreshing.
