How to make sauerkraut bone soup

1. Cut the pickled cabbage into strips, cut the green onions into sections, slice the ginger, and chop the large bones with the back of a knife.

2. Blanch the large bones in cold water until the blood foam is removed and set aside

4. When the soup turns white, skim off the foam and oil on the surface.
