After buying the pork tripe, soak it in cold water for about 20 minutes to remove impurities floating on the pork tripe.

14. Cooking steps and method 1: Casserole cooking method: Pour the medicinal food into a casserole filled with water and simmer for 40 minutes. Bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce to low heat (do not add wolfberry first to prevent a large amount of nutrient loss).

15. After 40 minutes, put the pig's stomach into the casserole and stew it with the medicinal food for 2.5 hours. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat.

16. When the soup is almost done, put the wolfberries into the casserole and simmer on low heat for 1-2 minutes (the cooking time of wolfberries should not be too long. Wolfberries should be added at the end of stir-frying or making soup to prevent the loss of a large amount of nutrients).

17. Cooking steps and method 2: Electric stew pot cooking method: Pour the medicinal food into the inner pot of the electric stew pot filled with water and stew it for 1 hour. Adjust the setting to high speed and then change to medium speed (do not add wolfberry first to prevent a large amount of nutrient loss).

18. After 1 hour, put the pork belly into the electric stew pot and stew it with the medicinal food for 3 hours. Adjust the setting to high speed to bring it to a boil, then switch to medium speed to stew it slowly.

19. When the soup is almost done, put the wolfberries into the casserole and simmer on medium heat for 2 minutes (the cooking time of wolfberries should not be too long. They should be added at the end of stir-frying or making soup to prevent the loss of a large amount of nutrients).
