Hot and Sour Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients: chicken wings, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, chili oil, salt, black pepper, cooking wine, lemon, white sesame, Korean hot sauce

Preparation method:

1. Soak the frozen chicken wings in cold water for about three hours, changing the water every hour; make a few cuts on the back of the chicken wings;

2. Add ginger and minced garlic, rub the chicken wings with your hands and put them into a bowl;

3. Add one spoon of cooking wine, one spoon of soy sauce, half spoon of black pepper and half spoon of sugar and mix well;

4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one to three hours;

5. Put three tablespoons of roasted white sesame seeds into a blender and grind them into powder and pour into a bowl;

6. Add two spoons of Korean chili sauce; squeeze in the juice of half a lemon; add a little salt and half a spoon of sugar; add a spoon of spicy soy sauce and stir well for later use;

7. Take the marinated chicken wings out of the refrigerator, add cold water to cover the chicken wings; steam them for 15 minutes; take out the chicken wings;

8. Pour the soup in the bowl into the pot; after the soup boils, add the sauce prepared above;

9. Keep stirring the soup in the pot; when the soup becomes thick, add sesame oil; 10. Pour the soup on the chicken wings and you are done.
