Main ingredients: 10 kg of pork (3 kg of fat and 7 kg of lean meat), auxiliary ingredients: 300 g of salt, 800 g of sugar, 300 g of wine, 500 g of soy sauce, 200 g of sesame paste, and 10 g of spice powder.

Sichuan sausage ingredients standard

Main ingredients: lean and fat pork (the fat-to-lean ratio is 3:7) Auxiliary ingredients: 2500 grams, 75 grams of salt, 100 grams of fermented glutinous rice juice, 25 grams of white wine, 2 grams of five-spice powder, 2.5 grams of pepper powder, 20 grams of chili powder, 3 grams of pepper powder, 5 grams each of MSG and white sugar, appropriate amount of pig intestine casings, and 1 bamboo tube.

Wuhu sausage ingredients standard

Main ingredients: appropriate amount of sausage casings, 6 pounds of lean pork, and 4 pounds of fat. Auxiliary materials: 250 grams of cooking wine, 50 grams of green onion and ginger, 5 grams of pepper powder, 50 grams of salt, 50 grams of MSG, 50 grams of spice A (as shown in the picture), 30 grams of edible glucose (the function is to make the meat appear date red and have a light aroma, which can replace the previous use of saltpeter).
