1. Can dandelions be eaten cold?

2. How to make dandelion

1. Cold salad

Blanch the washed dandelions in boiling water for 1 minute, drain and rinse with cold water. It can be served with chili oil, MSG, salt, sesame oil, vinegar, mashed garlic, etc., or it can be mixed into side dishes with different flavors according to your taste.

2. Make the filling

4. Cook porridge

Wash and chop 150 grams of dandelion, heat oil in a pot, add chopped green onion, stir-fry the dandelion until soft, take it out, wash the japonica rice, add water to cook into porridge, add the fried dandelion when the porridge is about to be served, mix well and cook for a while, then take it out and eat.

3. Dandelion Diet Therapy

1. Dandelion porridge: 30 grams of dandelion and 100 grams of japonica rice, cooked into porridge, can clear away heat and detoxify, reduce swelling and disperse nodules.

2. Dandelion, Artemisia capillaris, and red dates soup: 50 grams of dandelion, 50 grams of Artemisia capillaris, 10 dates, and 50 grams of white sugar are made into a soup, which is an excellent auxiliary medicine for the treatment of acute icteric hepatitis.

3. Dandelion and Platycodon Soup: 60 grams of dandelion, 10 grams of platycodon, and a little white sugar, decocted together into a soup, which has a certain effect on carbuncle.
