How to make milky steamed buns

How to make milky steamed buns

As people's living conditions have improved, they have begun to pay attention to health preservation. However, many people have great misunderstandings about health preservation. Health preservation is not about taking health care medicine, or spending money on maintenance. Keeping in good health is a state of mind that requires you to start from the most basic aspects of life, such as diet. Well, now I will introduce the method of making milk-flavored steamed buns.

1. First put half of the 400 grams of flour into a container, add baking powder, sugar and milk (the milk should be added in batches, depending on the dryness and wetness of the flour).

2. Then stir evenly and place it in a hot and humid place to ferment.

3. Ferment until bubbles appear on the surface of the batter and begin to burst, and the whole batter begins to collapse.

4. Add the other half of the flour and knead the dough.

5. The dough is very sticky, add 20 grams of lard and continue kneading.

6. Knead the dough until the surface is smooth and place it in a hot and humid place for secondary fermentation.

7. It is ready when bubbles appear on the surface.

8. Sprinkle a layer of flour on the table.

9. Place the risen dough on the counter.

10. Roll into round strips.

11. Use a knife to cut the dough into even-sized pieces.

12. Use your hands to knead the dough into a ball and put it into the oiled steamer. Let rise for 10 minutes. Bring cold water to a boil over high heat to create steam, then reduce heat and steam for 15 minutes. Remove the lid 3 minutes after turning off the heat.

13. Take out after steaming. Soft and smooth with a light milky aroma.

Healthy and nutritious food starts with cooking, so you must have learned how to make the milk-flavored steamed buns that I shared with you today. Then try it yourself and let the delicious food appear on your dining table.
