How to make Matsutake noodles

After working five days a week, you should be exhausted. When you have a weekend off, you will definitely curl up on the sofa or bed, and your lunch and dinner will be either instant noodles or takeout. 1. Fresh egg noodles, matsutake mushrooms, soaked day lily, soaked black fungus, pork belly cubes, scallion segments, ginger slices, star anise, bay leaves, peppercorns, salt, chicken powder, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper powder, rice wine, water starch, and cooking oil.

2. Pour clean water into the soup pot, add onion segments, ginger slices, star anise and bay leaves, then add the washed pork belly and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes after the water boils.

3. Slice the matsutake mushrooms and set aside.

4. Cut the soaked yellow flowers into sections and set aside.

5.Cut the soaked black fungus into small pieces and set aside.

6. After cooking the meat for 15 minutes, remove it from the pot and let it cool. Remove the seasoning from the pot and keep the original soup for later use.

7. Let the pork belly cool down and cut into thin slices.

8. Pour soy sauce, dark soy sauce and pepper into the original soup, add cauliflower, black fungus, meat slices and matsutake mushrooms, and cook for 5 minutes after the soup boils.

9. Then season with salt and chicken powder.

10. Finally, thicken the sauce with water starch and turn off the heat after the sauce becomes gelatinized.

11. Use a hand spoon to fry the pepper oil.

12. Fry the peppercorns until fragrant and then remove them from the mixture. Pour the hot oil over the marinade.

13. After pouring the hot oil, pour the marinade into a large bowl and set aside.

14. Put the fresh egg noodles into boiling water and cook until done.

15. When the noodles are cooked, put them into a bowl and pour the matsutake sauce over them before eating.

16. This noodle is very delicious.
