Second, we need to soak the mung beans we have selected and purchased overnight. The mung beans should be soaked until they swell. You can also start soaking them in water in the morning when you go to work or go out in the morning. Then you can start sprouting when you return home in the afternoon. This is more convenient.

Third, after we go home, we need to spread the soaked beans in a layer at the bottom of the teapot, or other containers. At this time, remember not to have too many, because the amount will be large after they ferment. Now pour out the water, cover the lid, and put it in a warm place, so that it will grow quickly.

Fourth, when the mung bean sprouts are growing, we need to clean them with water every five hours or so. Everyone must remember to pour water into the container, then wait for a few minutes and then pour the water out.
