Red pepper: 100g

Green pepper: 100g

White vinegar: 5g

Cooking oil: 10g

Salt: 5 g

White sugar: 5g

Cooking wine: 10g

Soy sauce: 10g

Starch: 5 g

Green onion: 5g

Garlic: 5 g

Dried chili pepper: 2g

Cooking Steps

1: Cut the pig heart into two halves and rinse it with clean water. Then cut the pig heart into thin slices. Pour white vinegar into the clean water and soak the pig heart in the water for more than 30 minutes.

2: Wash and mince the scallions, mince the garlic, wash and cut the red and green peppers into pieces, cut the red peppers into sections, pour oil into the pot, and when the oil is warm, add the chopped scallions, garlic and peppers and stir-fry until fragrant.

3: Then put the pig heart into the pot, stir-fry quickly over high heat until it changes color, then pour in cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and salt to color it, then pour in a cup of water and cook over high heat until the soup is dry.

4: When the soup is almost dry, add the red and green peppers and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then mix starch and water in a 1:1 ratio by weight, add the sauce to thicken and serve.
