Luncheon Meat Fried Corn

Luncheon meat can be bought in supermarkets. It is already cooked meat and we can eat it directly, but we can also mix it with some ingredients to make delicious dishes. Luncheon meat, as a relatively convenient ingredient, should be taken seriously because this food not only provides nutrition but also is easy to cook. So, how to make fried luncheon meat with corn kernels?

1. Stir-fried luncheon meat with black beans and garlic sprouts

Material:

Main ingredients: 250g garlic sprouts, 200g luncheon meat

Accessories: 1 red pepper

Seasoning: 15g peanut oil, 5g soy sauce, 10g fermented black beans

practice:

1. Wash and dice garlic sprouts and red peppers

2. Dice the luncheon meat and chop the fermented black beans slightly.

3. Heat the pan, add a little peanut oil, add red pepper and black beans and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry

5. Add diced luncheon meat and 5 grams of light soy sauce, and stir-fry until the surface of the garlic sprouts is slightly wrinkled.

6. Turn off the heat and serve.

2. Bell Pepper Luncheon Meat Pizza

Material:

100g high-gluten flour, 100g low-gluten flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 10g sugar, 2g yeast, 110ml water, 10ml olive oil

practice:

1. Put a little oil in the pan, add luncheon meat and stir-fry until slightly yellow, set aside

2. Add onion and stir-fry until fragrant

3. Add tomato sauce and stir fry evenly

4. Grind in crushed black pepper, or use pepper powder directly, add a little salt, stir fry evenly and set aside

5. Stir-fry the bell peppers to remove some moisture.

6. Prepare the fried fillings and preheat the oven to 200 degrees

7. Apply a layer of olive oil on a baking sheet, roll out the dough and place it on the baking sheet. Use a fork to poke some small holes in the dough to prevent it from shrinking during baking.[3]

8. Spread a layer of onion, black pepper and ketchup on it, sprinkle a little salt on it, and then sprinkle some crushed black pepper

9. Sprinkle the luncheon meat and colored peppers on the ketchup and press it down slightly with your hands.

10. Spread a layer of mozzarella cheese

11. Put it in the oven, middle upper layer, 200 degrees, 15 minutes, put it on the upper layer in the last 2 minutes

12. Only turn on the fire and color

13. Enjoy while hot
