How to make pumpkin bean flour steamed buns

Pumpkin and bean flour steamed buns are a home-cooked dish that is very lifelike. You don’t need to prepare seasonings deliberately to make this dish. Just the basic salt, MSG, soy sauce and vinegar at home can make a delicate dish. The soup of this dish looks even more delicious and makes people drool.

1. Steam the pumpkin first, or use a microwave on high for six minutes.

2. Prepare the ingredients

3. Add soybean flour, peeled pumpkin and sugar into the flour.

4. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for five minutes.

5. Mix the pumpkin puree and flour thoroughly with your hands until there are no lumps.

6. Add the yeast water to the flour little by little and stir into dough without any dry powder.

7. Knead the dough into a round shape, make sure it is shiny on the surface, on the bowl, and on the hands. Cover with plastic wrap and place in a warm place to ferment.

8. The dough will double in size and will be ready when it does not shrink when pressed with your fingers.

9. Sprinkle dry flour on the dough board, knead the dough until it is smooth, and cut it open until there are no large bubbles inside (about fifteen minutes)

14. Make them one by one and place them in a cage covered with a wet cage cloth for secondary fermentation.

15. After 20 minutes, the dough will become noticeably larger and can be steamed. Steam over high heat for 20 minutes, then steam for 3 minutes.
