2.1 Add the egg liquid in 4 times and stir evenly. If the weather is cold, put the egg liquid in warm water to keep it warm before use, otherwise the water and oil will separate.

7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, lower layer, 45-50 minutes, let the surface crack naturally, and color the cracks

8. Make the sugar solution. Add 16g sugar and 27ml water to a pot and boil. After cooling, add 35ml rum and mix well. Remove the cake from the mold immediately after it comes out of the oven. When it cools down to the point where it is not hot to the touch, you can brush the sugar solution on it. Brush all the sugar solution evenly on the cake, wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for three days.
