1. Vinegar and preserved egg tofu

Just use a knife to cut the tofu a few times horizontally and vertically, put it on a plate, then chop the pickled mustard into pieces, cut the preserved egg into cubes, sprinkle them on the tofu on the plate, then drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with coriander before serving.

2. Spicy Tofu

Cut the tofu into cubes, pour oil into the pot, put the peppercorns into the oil and stir-fry over low heat. When the oil starts to smoke, add the scallion segments and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the ham and stir-fry for a while. Add the bean paste and add boiling water to simmer. When the soup is almost cooked, add the tofu cubes and simmer over low heat to allow the flavor to penetrate into the tofu cubes. When it is almost cooked, add a little salt because bean paste is salty. Finally, cook it and it’s ready to serve.

3. Tomato and Egg Soup

Wash the tomatoes, cut them and set aside. Beat the eggs and mix them well. Then boil a pot of water, pour in the chopped tomatoes and processed eggs, cook them for a while, add seasonings and serve.

4. Cabbage jellyfish skin

Cabbage heart mixed with jellyfish skin is a home-cooked dish. The main ingredient is jellyfish skin, the side ingredients are cabbage heart, etc., and the seasonings are garlic, salt, MSG, etc. It is made by the method of cold dressing.

5. Chinese cabbage stewed with tofu

Cut the tofu into small pieces, put them into a pot of boiling water and cook. Wash the cabbage, cut it into sections, put it into the pot of tofu cubes and cook it, then pour it out. Chop the green onion and ginger, put the pot on high heat, and stew until the cabbage and tofu cubes are blended together, then sprinkle in MSG and chicken stock.
