How to make cold noodles

1.1 Dice the green pepper, add minced garlic to a hot oil pan, stir-fry until fragrant, then add minced meat, stir-fry until the minced meat is cooked, add the green pepper, add salt and chicken essence, stir-fry until cooked, then set aside

2.2 Drain the rice noodles, chives and mung bean sprouts that have been cooked in hot water and let them cool. Then put them in ice water and chill for 5 to 10 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.

3. Dice two tomatoes, add minced garlic to a pan and sauté until fragrant, then add diced tomatoes and stir-fry; after the tomatoes are soft, add a bowl of water and cook until they become a paste, add a little salt, and when done, remove from the pan and serve in a bowl.

4. Put rice noodles in a bowl, put shredded egg, chives, mung bean sprouts, green peppers and minced meat. You can also put shredded cucumber according to your preference. Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, fermented bean curd water, aged vinegar, chicken powder and finally pour tomato sauce in the middle of the bowl.

5. Add peanuts, green onions and chopped coriander and you can eat it.
