Pork bone, corn, yam and carrot soup

The most common way to use pork bones is to stew them into soup. This is because the bone marrow can be dissolved into the soup very well during the stewing process. Therefore, pork bone soup is a good nutritional supplement for the human body. Especially for children who are in a critical period of growth and development, drinking more pork bone soup can help promote their bone growth. When stewing pork bone soup, you can add corn, carrot and yam. So what is the method of making corn, carrot and yam pork bone soup?

Ingredients: 380g pork ribs, 1 carrot, 1 corn, half a yam, 5 mushrooms, 3 slices of ginger, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, a little pepper, 1.5 teaspoons salt, a little chopped green onion, a little chicken stock

practice:

1. Rinse the ribs, mushrooms and corn with clean water, cut the corn into sections, peel the carrots and cut them into dices, and also cut the yam into dices.

2. First blanch the ribs. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, put the ribs in, then add a tablespoon of cooking wine and a little pepper, and bring to a boil over high heat.

3. After the water boils, you can pick up the ribs, drain the water, and pour out the water in the pot.

4. Prepare a pot of water again, add the ribs, corn, carrots, yam and mushrooms into the pot, and bring to a boil over high heat.

5. After the water boils, turn to medium-low heat and continue simmering for half an hour until cooked.

5. During the cooking process, tilt the lid slightly to allow the soup pot to have air circulation. Add a tablespoon of cooking wine, salt and chicken essence before serving.

Tips:

1. When you buy yam in the vegetable market, the shopkeeper has already peeled it for you. If you want to be more convenient, you can ask the shopkeeper to peel it for you.

2. When blanching the ribs, be sure to use cold water. Adding cooking wine and peppercorns can effectively remove the fishy smell.

3. I also added a few mushrooms to the soup, which already tasted very delicious. If you don’t like chicken essence for seasoning, you can omit it. You can also replace the pork ribs with dragon bones or leg bones.

4. During the cooking process, you should pay attention to observe the food in the middle to prevent too much soup from coming out.
