7. Heat the oil in the pot to more than 80% hot, then reduce the heat to about 60%, put in the raw glutinous rice balls,

8. Fry until the shell is firm, hard and golden; turn off the heat.

9. Crispy, sweet, and fragrant with sesame seeds.
