How to make chocolate sauce fruit cake

3. Add corn oil, 60 grams of white sugar and chocolate sauce to egg yolks. Stir evenly with a whisk first, then beat with the whisk head used for beating egg whites.

4. Add 150 grams of low-gluten flour to the beaten egg yolk chocolate sauce, cut it up and down and mix it well.

5. Add one of the three egg whites to the egg yolk paste and mix quickly and evenly. Add the remaining egg whites and mix quickly up and down as usual. Sift in the remaining 50 grams of low-gluten flour and mix carefully up and down. The mixed chocolate sauce paste should be as shown in the picture, delicate and fluffy.

6. Pour into the prepared baking tray and bake in the middle layer of the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes

8. I was so busy when decorating the cake that I wished I had more hands, so I didn't take any pictures. Here are the finished pictures. Hehehe, I made a double-layer cake with a 6-inch bottom and a 4-inch top. You can use your imagination, decorating cakes is a job that tests your aesthetic taste.
