1.Cut the duck breast into long strips. The cutting method is according to "cut cattle and sheep horizontally, cut pork vertically, and cut chicken diagonally". Chicken and duck are similar, but I cut them diagonally.

6. Put the duck strips into the oil pan and fry them on medium heat until they are set.

7. Remove from the heat and drain the oil.

8. Put it into the pan again and fry it on high heat until golden brown.

9. Remove from the oil and sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds while still hot. You can also dip it in ketchup when eating, which tastes delicious and is more delicate than chicken fillet.
