How to cook cooked pork belly

Twice-cooked pork

Main ingredients: pork belly with skin

Ingredients: 1-2 red and green peppers, a small handful of garlic (the kind with green leaves), 1-2 scallions, 2-3 garlic cloves, half an onion (optional)

Seasoning: Laoganma flavored black bean sauce, soy sauce, sugar, MSG, pepper, thirteen spice powder, cooking wine

practice:

1Put the pork belly in the pot and cook until it can be poked by chopsticks (about 15 minutes), then take it out and let it cool. Then cut into thin slices (the thinner the better)

2 While the meat is cooking, you can prepare various ingredients. Cut the pepper into small pieces, cut the garlic and onion into small sections, press the garlic cloves, and cut the onion into small pieces.

3 Put some oil in the pot (not too much oil, because a lot of oil will be produced when frying the meat) add two spoons of black bean sauce, stir-fry on low heat for a while, then you can pour the meat slices into the pot and stir-fry on high heat.

4 After frying the meat slices for a few minutes (it’s okay to fry a little longer), you can pour all the ingredients into the pot and continue frying, fry for a while (it’s okay to fry a little longer), add four or five spoons of soy sauce, a little bit of sugar, a little bit of cooking wine, continue to fry, stir well~ then add a little bit of thirteen spice powder.

5 At this point, stir-fry a few more times and it will be almost done. Add a little pepper and a little MSG, and you can serve it.

PS: Here are two more points to note: the ingredients do not need to be stir-fried first. When stir-frying the black bean sauce, you can also add peppercorns and dried chilies according to your personal taste!

I used to think that stir-frying twice-cooked pork was troublesome, but now after practicing it a few times, I find it is very convenient. You can also buy more meat and put the extra in the refrigerator after it is cooked for next time.
