The amount of sugar used to make sugar color can be increased or decreased according to personal taste, but be sure not to let the sugar color become burnt. If you are worried that the sugar color may not be cooked well, you can use dark soy sauce instead, but you need to add sugar when frying the duck meat. It is best to choose beer with a stronger flavor. Refreshing beer is more likely to lose its aroma during the brewing process.
