Chicken noodle soup recipe

Disease comes silently, but it is extremely harmful to the human body. Therefore, in order to prevent disease, we have to change our lifestyle. And the change must first start with your daily diet. We must develop the habit of cooking, so as to prevent disease and promote health. For the sake of everyone's health, I will now talk about how to make chicken noodle soup.

1.121 Prepare the ingredients for cooking meat: 15g angelica, 5 slices of red ginseng, appropriate amounts of pepper, star anise, cinnamon and ginger. Because I have an old lady at home, I want to give her nourishment, so in addition to seasonings, I also added red ginseng and angelica. Generally, you can only add angelica and remove the red ginseng.

2.212 Wash the old hen and cut it into pieces. The farmer has raised laying hens for 2 years. Only such chickens can produce this yellow oil.

3. Add chicken to a pot with cold water and cook until it is about to boil, then skim off the foam. The chickens I raise myself have very little foam.

4. Then add all the ingredients for cooking meat, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 5 hours. If you don't have time, use a pressure cooker for 30 minutes

5. The cooked chicken soup has a layer of yellow chicken fat on top. I sigh again, it’s so difficult to eat this kind of chicken now!

6. Add 250 grams of water and 3 grams of salt to 500 grams of flour and knead into a smooth dough. Now that I have a bread machine, I let it do the kneading work and use a kneading program to knead the dough until it is just right. Then sugar for another 15 minutes. If you don’t have a bread machine, just knead the dough by hand for a while until it is smooth. After the sugar is ready, divide it into 10 portions, cover with plastic wrap and sugar for another 10 minutes. Then roll it into long pieces and press it in the middle with a rolling pin so that it is easier to pull the noodles.

7. Brush oil on both sides of the rolled dough and place it on a plate. Cover with plastic wrap and continue to sugar for more than half an hour before it is ready to use.

8. Tear the chicken into strips.

9. Pour the chicken soup into a wok, add about half of the boiling water, put in the chicken, and season with salt and pepper.

10. Pull out the sugared dough and put it into the pot to cook, then add some vegetables and bring to a boil.

Chicken noodle soup needs to be carefully cooked before it comes out of the pot, and if you are familiar with the steps, you can definitely make the most special taste through your own meticulousness.
