1. Prepare the ingredients first and cut the green pepper, beef, ginger and garlic. Add ginger and cooking wine to the beef and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Tips:

Be sure to marinate it with cooking wine, as it can remove the fishy smell of the beef. It is recommended to choose hemp oil, which will taste better and is also healthy. [1]

How to make stir-fried beef

2. Slice the beef, add a little baking powder, water, salt, cooking wine, starch, mix well, add cooking oil and mix well for later use

3. In order to keep the beef tender, blanch the beef after starching to solidify the beef so as to lock in moisture, making the beef easier to tenderize.

4. Put water in a pot and heat it to 80 degrees. When there are a lot of bubbles in the pot but it has not yet boiled, you can put the beef in. As long as the beef changes color for about 1 minute, you can take it out.

5. Remove the beef and drain the water for later use

7. Quickly pour in the beef and fry the beef fascia, the beef slices will be more tender. After about half a minute, remove from the pot and drain the oil for later use.
