1. Prepare the ingredients: wash and drain the rainbow trout, dice celery and carrots, and chop chili pepper and basil. Olive oil, salt, light soy sauce, chili garlic sauce and salt.

5. Then spread the garlic chili sauce on the fish (the amount depends on how spicy you like it), pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, sprinkle a little salt (if you add more garlic chili sauce, you don’t need to add salt), continue to fry for 2 minutes and remove from the pan.

6. Wash the pot, or use another pot, add olive oil and salt, diced carrots and celery, and chili segments and stir-fry over high heat for one minute.

7. Add the drained pasta and basil leaves, mix well and turn off the heat.
