1.1 Ingredients for bun filling: Crush the fried peanuts, stir-fry sesame seeds, sugar, oil and honey and mix well.

2.2 Ingredients for bun skin: 500g ordinary flour, 7.5g yeast, 7.5g baking powder, 300g water.

3.1 Then pour in clean water several times and stir quickly with chopsticks while pouring.

4.2 Add yeast and baking powder into flour and mix well.

5.1 After kneading, place the dough in a humid and closed environment to ferment for one hour, then press the dough to release the air.

6.2 After adding all the water, knead the dough by hand until it is smooth (you can use a bread machine to knead the dough).

7. Sprinkle some flour on the chopping board. After kneading the dough, divide it into several pieces. First roll it into a strip, and then pinch it into dough of the same size.

8. Flatten the dough with your hands and use a rolling pin to shape it into a round bun skin that is slightly thick in the middle.

9. Place the filling in the center of the dough.

10. Use the thumb, index finger and middle finger of your right hand to pinch the folds, turn the bun skin with your left hand, and pinch the upper end of the dough with your right hand to seal it.

11. Let the wrapped buns continue to ferment for 15 minutes.

12. Apply a layer of oil on the bottom of the steamer, turn on the fire, bring to a boil over medium heat first and then put the buns in. Steam for 12 minutes after the steam comes out and then turn off the heat. Do not open the lid and let it simmer for 5 minutes before taking out.
