How to make fried udon noodles

Many home-cooked dishes are healthy and delicious for people to choose to eat. The method of making fried udon noodles is very simple and can be made quickly in a little time.

1. Prepare the ingredients and cut the meat, onion, carrot, green and red pepper into shreds.

2. Boil water in a pot and put the udon noodles in to boil.

3. Heat a proper amount of oil in another pan, add the shredded pork and stir-fry until cooked.

4. Add light soy sauce and cooking wine and stir fry evenly.

5. Put onions, carrots, green and red peppers into the pot and stir-fry evenly.

6. Add udon noodles and stir-fry evenly.

7. Add dark soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, a little salt and chicken essence.

8. Stir-fry quickly and evenly.

9. Serve on a plate.

Fried udon noodles are easy to make and suitable for people who are busy at work every day. It only takes a few minutes and does not require superb cooking skills to make delicious dishes and enjoy the touch of food.
