How to make creamy mango ice cream

Chinese people have always attached great importance to eating, and it's no wonder. Only by eating well can people be healthier and happier. 1. Weigh the sugar. The mango is a bit big, so I used two mangoes to get 400 grams of pulp. Mix with milk in a ratio of 2:1, and the finished ice cream will have a strong mango flavor.

2. Remove the core of the mango and cut it into two halves, making a few cuts to make it easier to remove the flesh.

3. Use a knife to slowly remove the mango flesh along the mango skin. Select some hard mango flesh and cut it into small pieces. Mix it into the ice cream later.

5. Pour the squeezed juice into the melted cream at room temperature and mix well. Add two spoons of condensed milk and mix well.

6. Use a spoon to scoop into the ice cream mold, or it is more convenient to use a measuring cup. Put some colored needle candy and mango flesh at the bottom of the mold, and then continue to fill it with ice cream liquid.

7. The portion is quite large, but there are not enough molds. Suddenly, an idea comes to my mind. Why not try using a pancake mold? Lolly pop ice cream? So looking forward to it. Pour in some ice cream liquid and add some chopped hard mango cubes.

8. Cover the mold and continue to pour the ice cream liquid into the small hole on it. The hole is too small and I am exhausted from pouring. Aim the small measuring cup at the small hole. Because the ice cream liquid is relatively thick, I have to pour it at a dripping speed. It took me half an hour to drip the four upper halves of the ball. I was dizzy and weak. You must have a small funnel at home to pour it when using this mold. Finally, insert the straw into the hole.

9. Pour the excess into a small lunch box and put the three molds into the freezer together. Make sure they are placed steadily without any squeezing around them.

10. Freeze overnight and you can eat it today. Before removing the mold, rinse the mold under cold water for a few times, shake and rotate it gently, and you can take it out. Big lollipop ice cream, kids love it.
