How to make red bean and glutinous rice jelly

1. Cook the red beans in advance and set aside

2. Wash the round glutinous rice and soak it in cold water for 4-6 hours

3. Soak the dried fruit until soft, chop it into small pieces and prepare the red bean filling.

4. After 4 hours, just crush the rice grains with your hands until they are broken into pieces.

5. Put a clean wet cloth in the steamer, pour the soaked glutinous rice into it, remove the soaking water, put it into the steamer, cover the pot and steam it on high heat for 15 minutes.

6. Turn off the heat and pour into the fresh-keeping bag while it is still hot, knead it into a glutinous rice ball

7. Rub the glutinous rice into pieces and put it into a basin. Add 20-30 ml of boiling water (use a kettle to boil separately for later use). Remember to add cold water.

8. Return the lid to the steamer and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.

9. Take out the dough while it is still hot and use a rolling pin dipped in cold water to poke and stir repeatedly.

11. Pour a layer of cold water on the panel, dip your hands in cold water and knead it into strips.

12. Use a cutting knife to cool the water and squeeze it out.

13. Then use your hands to flatten it with cold water and cut off the edges to tidy up.

14. Add bean paste and smooth it out

15. Put the other two pieces on top and sprinkle with chopped dried fruits.
