How to make spicy fried clams with green onion, ginger and garlic

1. Soak the clams in light salt water for a while and brush the surface of the clam shells clean with a brush.

2. Cut green pepper and red bell pepper into strips

3. Shred the green onion and ginger

4. Add a small amount of oil to the pan and sauté shredded green onion, shredded ginger, dried chili peppers and peppercorns.

5. Add chili sauce and stir fry

7. Add dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt (I didn’t add any, the chili sauce and dark soy sauce are salty enough) and stir fry.

8. Add green and red peppers, cover the pot and simmer over high heat for 3-5 minutes.

9. Open the lid and stir fry for a few times.
