How to make durian pancake

Nowadays, people are generally under a lot of stress. 1. Prepare all the ingredients and sift the low-gluten flour twice for later use.

2. Beat the eggs, add sugar and mix well.

3. Add milk and sift in low-gluten flour

4. Stir thoroughly until there is no powder, sieve the pancake paste 4 times and refrigerate for one hour

5. Cook over low heat until the pancake skin starts to bubble.

6. Take a flat non-stick pan and heat it over high heat. Remove from heat and pour in a spoonful of pancake batter. Quickly spread the batter throughout the pan. Pour out the excess egg liquid and place the pan on the stove and turn to low heat.

7. Use a demoulding knife to roll up the pancake skin and take it out.

8. Place it on a plate and use a small fan to help cool it down.

9. Repeat steps 5-9 until the pancake batter is used up.

10. Put it in another plate after cooling down.

11. Cut the mango into strips as shown in the picture, remove the core of the durian and mash it into a paste

12. Add sugar to whipped cream and beat until it becomes creamy. Add durian puree and mix well. Put it into a piping bag.

13. Take a pancake skin and squeeze durian cream on it

15. Fold the pancake skin as shown in the picture.

16. Fold as shown in the figure.

17. As shown in the picture, fold the side with mango strips to the side with skin, and the whole pancake will be closed facing downwards.

18. After refrigerating for 1 hour to set, you can cut the pancake and eat it. It is both beautiful and delicious.

19. The whole thing is packed in a box, which is also very decent as a gift
