Hakka style - fried buckwheat cake recipe

1. Mix glutinous rice flour and sticky rice flour (don’t use too much sticky rice flour, otherwise the finished product will be hard)

2. Wash the fresh buckwheat and chop only the leaves into small pieces

3. Put the chopped buckwheat on the glutinous rice flour, add a little salt on the buckwheat and mix it with your hands to make it water-free.

4. Add sugar and stir

5. Add water little by little and make it into dough (it should not be too soft, otherwise it will be difficult to shape)

6. Take a small amount of dough, roll it into a ball, flatten it and set aside, as shown in the picture

7. Heat the oil in a hot pan and fry slowly over medium-low heat.

8. Fry until golden brown and drain the oil
