How to make glutinous rice dumplings

2. Soak the peanuts overnight. Boil the soaked peanuts for 5 minutes the next day, drain the water and set aside.

3. Drain the water from the glutinous rice, mix it with soy sauce and salt in a bowl and set aside.

4. Mix the pork and marinade in a bowl and marinate in the refrigerator overnight. Pickling will allow glutinous rice to absorb the unique salty and fresh flavor.

5. Heat the oil in a pan, add the pork and stir-fry for a few minutes, then add water, cover the pot, and cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes until the meat is fully absorbed.
