How to make homemade fried dough sticks

1. Prepare various ingredients.

2. Add yeast, baking soda and salt to the flour, mix well, then add water to form a dough with the same hardness as pancake dough.

3. Refrigerate overnight.

4. Roll into rectangular slices about four millimeters thick.

5. Use a knife to cut into strips about 2 cm wide.

6. Put the two long strips together and press them in the middle with chopsticks.

7. Put oil in the pot and heat it to 70% hot, put in the fried dough sticks and fry them over medium heat, turning them over with chopsticks in the middle.
