How to make alum-free fried dough sticks

1. Prepare the ingredients you will use.

2. Pour 1 bag of Angel Quick Compound Fried Dough Sticks Leavening Agent into the flour and mix well. Add appropriate amount of warm water and knead into dough.

3. Knead into dough. If the dough is relatively sticky, you can put a small amount of oil on your hands when kneading.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for about 20 to 30 minutes.

5. Apply a little oil on the work surface, gently stretch the soaked dough and place it on the work surface, flatten it with your hands, use a knife to cut the dough into pieces, stack the pieces together, press them with chopsticks, pinch the two ends and gently stretch them.

7. Fry until both sides are golden brown.
