How to make fried dough sticks

Health is more precious than anything else. Without health, no matter how much you have, it will be meaningless. A reasonable diet is an important guarantee for health. It is easy to make fried dough sticks, and the ingredients are everywhere in our lives. It is especially suitable for busy office workers.

1. Put all the ingredients together and knead them into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

2. Take out the dough, press, fold it, and roll it into long strips. Wrap it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than 8 hours.

3.3. Sprinkle flour on the chopping board and place the refrigerated dough on it. Sprinkle flour on the surface of the dough to prevent sticking.

4.4. Arrange it into long strips of 6cm high and 1cm thick, and then cut it into sections of 2cm wide each.

5.5. Take one strip at a time, turn it over and place it on top of another strip, pressing it in the middle with the back of a knife or chopsticks.

6.6. Stretch the two ends slightly and pinch them tightly.

7.7. Fry in oil at 200 degrees. After the dough floats up, use chopsticks to repeatedly stir the dough sticks to make them expand and float quickly.
