Butter Baked Clams

Ingredients: 500 grams of clams, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, minced coriander, salt, pepper and butter as appropriate.

Steps:

1. Put the clams in a pot, add appropriate amount of water and cook over high heat until the shells open. Remove from the water and place on a baking tray.

2. Mix bread crumbs, minced garlic, minced coriander, salt, pepper and butter, then brush on the clams.

3. Bake at the highest heat in the oven for 3 minutes.

How to make grilled clams with scallions and ginger

Ingredients: 500g clams, appropriate amounts of chopped green onions, shredded ginger, and chopped coriander.

Method: After placing the clams in the baking tray, sprinkle the shredded green onion and ginger evenly on the clams, cover them with tin foil, and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Remember to turn them over after 6 minutes. After it comes out of the oven, sprinkle it with chopped coriander and eat it while it is hot.

Salt and pepper grilled clams recipe

Ingredients: 500g clams, appropriate amount of pepper and salt powder.

Method: Place tin foil on the bottom of a baking tray, place the clams on the foil, and bake at 220 degrees, top and bottom heat, middle layer, for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and place on a plate. Sprinkle with pepper and salt while hot and serve.

How to make black pepper grilled clams

Ingredients: 1 pound of fresh clams, a little sea salt, a little coarse black pepper, and a little chopped chives.

1. Line the bottom of a baking pan with tin foil, place the clams on the foil, and sprinkle evenly with a little sea salt, coarse black pepper, and chives.

2. Cover with another layer of tin foil and bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes until all the clams are open.
