16. After the oven is preheated, put the mold into the oven, the temperature is 175° for 65 minutes, and the thermometer shows that it is 120° throughout the baking process. Because it is baked in a water bath, the actual temperature is 120°

17. Do not take it out after baking. Leave it in the oven for about 30 minutes and take it out to cool.
