How to make Chinese pickled cabbage and chicken potstickers

Having a healthy body is everyone's wish, and in order to achieve this wish, daily diet cannot be neglected. The recipe of pickled cabbage and chicken pot stickers is simple, economical and affordable, and the nutrition is not inferior to those expensive foods. 1. Dissolve the yeast powder in warm water, add 2.5 bowls of flour, 1 bowl of cornmeal, and 1 bowl of bean flour, mix well, cover with lid and wait for fermentation.

2. Prepare an appropriate amount of sauerkraut.

3. The dough will ferment in about 2 hours.

4. Dice the chicken breast, sauerkraut, and onion, chop the ginger into fine pieces, add appropriate amounts of oyster sauce, soy sauce, and thirteen spices to the chicken breast, onion, and minced ginger, mix well, and marinate for ten minutes.

5. After the chicken breast is marinated, add it to the chopped sauerkraut and mix well for later use.

6. Take out the fermented dough in several batches, knead it to expel excess air, then divide the dough into small doughs of similar size, use a rolling pin to roll them into dough skins and set aside.

7. Add appropriate amount of fillings into the dough.

8. Wrap it into the shape you like, brush some oil on the electric pancake maker, put the wrapped pot stickers into the electric pancake maker, cover it with a lid and simmer until cooked.

9. Fry the pot stickers until both sides turn golden brown, about 15 minutes.

10. Remove from the pan and serve on a plate.
