How to make rapeseed, tofu and shrimp dumplings

We don’t have to eat all kinds of delicacies to get the nutrients our body needs. There are some ingredients that can be used to make delicious and nutritious dishes. For example, the recipe of rapeseed, tofu and shrimp buns is not difficult, and it suits the taste of the general public and is a very good choice.

1. Find a basin, add appropriate amount of yeast powder and dissolve it with warm water, then add pure milk, 3 bowls of flour, and a little salt. Knead the flour into dough, not too hard, cover it with a basin, and wait for fermentation.

2. Soak the dried shrimps in warm water for 3 to 4 times, remove excess water and set aside.

3. Wash the rapeseed, blanch it in hot water to remove excess water, then chop it into small pieces. Cut the tofu into small pieces, and chop the green onion sprouts for later use.

4. Add all the prepared ingredients together, add the washed shrimps, appropriate amount of oyster sauce, salt, oil, soy sauce, and thirteen spices, mix well and set aside.

5. The noodles will ferment in about 2 hours. This is the fermented noodles.

6. Take out the fermented dough in several batches, knead it to remove the air in the dough, and cut it into small doughs of similar size.

7. Roll the small dough into bun skins.

8. Add appropriate amount of fillings into the bun skin.

9. Make the buns into your favorite shape, add cold water into the pot, cover it with a lid, and let it ferment for about 20 minutes. Then turn on high heat and start steaming the buns.

10. Cook over high heat for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for one minute, then open the lid and the buns are cooked.

11. Put it on a plate and the delicious rapeseed buns are ready.
