14. Pour into the mold, leaving 5-8 mm space for the mirror surface. Shake it a few times to make the surface smooth and tap it a few times to eliminate any large bubbles. Refrigerate for at least four hours, preferably overnight.

15. Prepare watermelon juice and gelatin powder. The watermelon juice still needs to be filtered with gauze more than 2 times until there is no residue.

16. Add gelatin powder to watermelon juice and stir gently until evenly mixed. Then stir gently over simmering water until there are no particles. Let it stand until the liquid is no longer hot.

17. Pour into the mold and refrigerate for 2 hours.

18. After 18 hours, as shown in the picture, use a cup to place the bottom of the mold, blow around the mold with a hair dryer, and after the mold is loose, gently pull down the mold. Then take the cake out of the cup and place it on the table. Use a butter scraper to scrape the bottom to loosen the bottom mold. Then use a spatula to lift the cake, move the bottom mold and the cake to the plate, first remove the bottom mold, and then remove the spatula.
