1. Soften the butter in advance, then sift the flour and add it to the butter and salt and knead evenly.

Preheat the oven in advance to 180 degrees, place the baking tray in the middle layer, and let it cool for about 20 minutes before use.

7. Wash the lemon, grind it into lemon shavings and set aside.

8.1 Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them into egg liquid.

9.2 Add granulated sugar, lemon juice, fresh orange juice and lemon zest into a milk pan and bring to a boil then remove from heat.

10. Pour the lemon juice into the egg liquid and mix.

11. Heat the mixed egg liquid in a water bath, stirring while heating, and remove from heat until it becomes thick.

12. Add the butter cut into small pieces and mix well for later use.

13. Brush a thin layer of hazelnut paste on the cooled pie crust.

14. Spread the melted dark chocolate on the pie crust.

15. Pour the mixed filling into the mold, filling about 90% of the pie crust.

16. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the baking tray in the middle layer, and bake for about 20 minutes.

17. After cooling, add a slice of lemon and moisture-proof powdered sugar.

18. Just decorate.
