How to make rice cooker cake with emerald green spinach juice

7. Then add powdered sugar in three batches and continue to beat the egg whites quickly.

8. Lift the whisk until the egg whites are beaten and the whisk has a small curved hook. Do not beat for too long as this will cause the egg white to harden. Put the beaten egg white in the refrigerator for later use.

9. The egg white will not leak out even if you turn it upside down.

10. Add the remaining white sugar into the egg yolks and beat with a whisk at low speed until evenly mixed.

11. Add spinach juice and corn oil to the egg yolk and beat gently with an electric whisk at low speed.

12. Sift the low-gluten cake flour into the egg yolk mixture.

13. Mix the green spinach juice and egg mixture, and preheat the rice cooker.

14. Add one third of the egg white into the egg yolk paste and gently stir it up and down, just like stir-frying. Do not stir in circles as this will easily cause large bubbles.

15. Pour the mixed cake batter into the preheated rice cooker.

16. Lift the pot and shake it twice to eliminate bubbles.

17. Press the cake function of the rice cooker and it will be ready for 43 minutes. Do not take it out immediately when the time is up. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until it is set. Then take out the pot and shake it twice. Turn it upside down to cool before removing it from the mold.
