17. Put it in the preheated oven at 140 degrees for 23 minutes, and the beautiful texture will appear after it comes out of the oven.

18. Beat the whipped cream, powdered sugar and cocoa powder into dry foam. Make sure to beat it hard. Cream with cocoa powder melts easily.

19. Immediately after taking out the oven, turn it upside down on the oilcloth and tear off the oil paper on the surface.

20. Cut the cake slices thinly at a 45-degree angle and spread with cocoa butter.

21. Roll up and refrigerate for 1 hour
