How to make sauerkraut stew

Many office workers choose to eat out for three meals a day. After all, they are tired from work and it is not easy to cook for themselves. In fact, the method of stewing sauerkraut is very simple, and this dish is rich in nutrition. Office workers can eat delicious food and live healthier as long as they overcome some difficulties.

1. Wash the ingredients

2. Soak the vermicelli until soft, then remove and set aside.

3. Blanch the bones, remove them from the water, wash off the blood foam and set aside.

4. Put the bones into a soup pot, add water, bay leaves, ginger and onion that is not more than the bones and cook for about 30 minutes.

5. Add appropriate amount of lard to the hot wok, add star anise, cinnamon, dried chili and ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Pour in the sauerkraut and stir-fry to remove moisture.

7. Move the sauerkraut into the soup pot and stew it. Add appropriate amount of salt and stew for about 25 minutes.

8. Add the vermicelli and cook for 8 minutes, then add the crispy onions and appropriate amount of pepper before removing from the heat.

10. A bowl of white rice goes perfectly with garlic sauce.
