1. Weigh and mix flour, sugar, salt, milk powder and yeast

2. Put it into the bread bucket, add 240 grams of water, start the dough making process, knead it for 10 minutes, then add the butter cut into small pieces

3. Continue kneading for 10 minutes and then stop. Start the dough rising process again and knead once more to ensure that the dough is formed. Take it out when the dough has doubled in size.

4. Knead the dough lightly to release the air, weigh and divide into 3 portions, knead into balls and let them rise for about 15 minutes.

5. Roll the dough into a beef tongue shape

6. Roll it up from one side, knead it into a long strip and put it in the oven to rise.

7. Preheat the oven or put a bowl of hot water in it, let it rise for about 40 minutes, take it out and make a few slashes on the surface, then sift some flour on it.

8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes. Spray water every 5 minutes. You can cover the surface with tin foil if it is colored.
