How to make ocean cake

I accidentally saw a food tutorial, but didn’t know where to start. In fact, as long as you take action and learn some simple and easy-to-make dishes, you can enjoy the fun. The method of ocean cake is convenient and quick. Before serving, squeeze in lemon juice to enhance the flavor.

1. Prepare the chiffon cake in advance. You can refer to my previous recipe. Prepare the mousse first. Whip the cream until it becomes feathery, but do not over whip it.

2. Mix 50g milk and 25g gelatin powder, and heat in water until transparent. Mix with 360g yogurt and 70g sugar, stir well and set aside.

3. Take 4 egg yolks and 70g sugar, heat them over water and stir well.

4. Heat 240g cream cheese over water.

5. Beat and lubricate.

6. Mix the yogurt and egg yolk evenly.

7. Add the whipped cream in batches. Stir well. Mousse success.

8. Place the chiffon cake at the bottom of the mold, use a sieve to sift the mousse into the mold, and refrigerate. The surface is not smooth yet, you can cover it later.

9. Mix 25g of gelatin powder and 250g of pre-mixed liquor and refrigerate.

10. Melt an appropriate amount of white chocolate in water, put it into a shell mold, and refrigerate.

11. Use a spoon to break up the jelly into irregular shapes and place it on the cake. Sprinkle shredded coconut in the middle and add biscuit crumbs underneath. Decorate with white chocolate shells on top.

On weekdays, we should pay more attention to our three meals a day. The preparation of ocean cake is particularly simple, but it is a favorite of many people.
