6. When the color is even and the pot boils for the first time, turn to low heat and transfer the beef to the casserole

7. Simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour until the beef is soft and tasty. Add the white radish cubes.

8. If it is dry, add some water but not too much, cover it and simmer it on medium heat. Stir it frequently in the middle, as radish will stick to the pan. It will be ready in about 20 minutes. If you like to eat softer radishes, simmer for about 10 minutes longer.
