How to make homemade cake

6. Sift in the low-gluten flour. The flour must be sifted so that the baked cake will be delicate.

7. Set aside the mixed batter.

8. Add baking powder and salt to the egg whites.

9. Add sugar to the egg whites three times. (The first time you add the egg whites, they will be bubbly. The second time you add the egg whites, beat them until they are expanded and thick. The third time you add the egg whites, they will be textured and thick.)

10. Beat until the mixer is lifted up to form a triangle shape and the texture does not disappear.

11. Add the egg whites to the batter three times, stirring quickly and evenly each time. Remember to stir and do not make circles to avoid defoaming the egg whites.

12. Stir the cake batter evenly

13. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 10 minutes, pour the cake batter into the mold, shake it gently a few times to eliminate the bubbles inside

14. Put it in the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 50 minutes

15. When the time is up, lift the cake and drop it from a height of 10 cm. After shaking it a few times, turn it upside down and it will automatically be demoulded after cooling down.

16. Cut into small pieces and enjoy! Finished product picture
