1. Prepare bread and ingredients

3. Dissolve it in 40-degree water and let it stand to ferment into active yeast.

4. Put warm water, oil, sugar, salt, 2 spoons of egg liquid and high-gluten flour into the bread machine bucket, dig a small hole with your fingers, put the active yeast into the small hole, turn on the power, set the program and start kneading the dough for half an hour.

5. After kneading the dough, put it into the fermentation process for one hour.
