8. Place it on a baking tray for secondary fermentation, which takes about an hour.

9. After the second rise, brush with milk and sprinkle with coarse sugar. Bake in the oven at 180° on the middle layer for 25 minutes. Move to the lower layer after about 15-20 minutes of baking. Move the bread to the lower layer when it is golden brown. Depends on your oven.
